Founder's Spotlight
Prerna Yadav is a Couselling Psychologist by training and has been working since 2016. An alumna of Tata Institute of Socia Sciences (TISS), she began her career at a Field Action Project of TISS where she worked in diverse roles namely, a Counsellor, Programme Officer and Programme Associate from 2016-22.
She has led mental health initiatives in collaboration with diverse stakeholders like NGOs, corporates, educational institutions, State Governments, UNFPA, UNDP, UNICEF and has trained health workers, HR Professionals, medical professionals, state-run helpline volunteers, peer mentors.
In February 2022, she started Raah with the aim of building capacities and skills of mental health professionals. Since inception, she has offered guidance and training to therapists from India and overseas on diverse topics such as grief, trauma, gender, sexuality, violence, relationship issues, habitual addictions, suicide and self harm.

About Raah
Raah: The Guided Path was founded with the aim of creating learning and skill building opportunities for aspiring and early career Psychologists. Since inception in February 2022, Raah has offered training, guidance and supervision to Post Graduate students of Psychology and Psychologists by sensitizing them to the psychosocial, queer affirmative and trauma informed lens of therapy. Apart from therapy skills, Raah also empowers therapists to identify and strengthen different skills which will enable them to pursue diverse roles in the mental health field.
